Meet Chris
Chris’s passion for food began at an early age, cooking alongside his mom and discovering the joy of creating meals for others. As a young teenager, he started his career in the restaurant industry, a path that eventually led him to culinary school and a life dedicated to food and hospitality.
After spending many years working in the kitchen, Chris discovered that he also loved connecting with customers. That realisation led him to years of serving in fine-dining restaurants, where he developed a deep appreciation for both exceptional food and memorable guest experiences.
Throughout it all, Chris dreamed of returning to the kitchen and creating something of his own. The idea of a food trailer captured his imagination. He loved the freedom and flexibility that mobility could offer — the ability to bring great food and a unique experience to different communities and environments.
Following a recent trip to Italy, that dream began to take shape. Inspired by the food, culture, and spirit of Italy, Chris turned his vision into reality, and Café Panzino was born.
Today, Café Panzino brings together everything Chris loves: being in the kitchen, creating delicious food, and most importantly, connecting with the people who enjoy it. For Chris, it’s the perfect combination of his two passions — food and people.
